Join me at my hands-on cooking classes: you will be able to prepare for your friends plenty of good dishes. After each lesson we will eat together and you will also discover our red and white wines and lots of legends and history of our region. My aim is to combine the cooking class with the culture, tradition, habits and customs from which the cuisine has evolved.

Wine, food, art, nature, the Lake Orta is a hidden jewel that you’ll have the chance to discover.

A cooking class session begins at 5 p.m. and ends at 9 p.m. for a group of 3 to 8 persons.

We will prepare a meal of three courses which includes: fresh pasta or risotto,  a typical regional dish and a dessert. On request it will be also possible to organize vegetarian, vegan, macrobiotic, coeliac cooking classes.

All will be served with a glass of white and red regional wine.
Please note that to get our program you should be a member of Anima Rei Association.
